to make it simple, went to salon, got a perm, turned out to be burnt and not straight at all, paid 200 dollars for it, and i went there to ask for money but they keep on refusing, and also, they offered to do my hair over, and stuff but this isnt the first time, cuz after i got the perm, the results werent gud so the lady put in cream to make it straighter and she said it will be fine, and to come back if there is a problem after i wash it...basically the hair is messedup and i told them to give my money back and they keep on refusing? shoudl i get my monye back?Sex, love, beauty, fame, and makeup?
Have you tried talking to the store manager? If it's a chain salon, look up corporate info on their website. If it's independent, tell them you'll contact 7 on your side to get your $ back. if they messed up your hair, it's their right to either pay you back or fix it when you hair is back to normal. 200 seems really overpriced !
And yes if its not the way it should be then you deserve a refund or at least a fix ! (:
